About the Founders
A Partnership Between Friends on Opposite Coasts
Brightbound was founded in 2019 by Julie Savoia, Nicole Cornell, Will Kavesh and Damon Savoia. With 40 years’ combined experience in the architecture and design industry, we’re an interdisciplinary creative team merging the arts of furniture making, industrial design, and interior design.
Sharing style sensibilities and a reverence for nature, it’s our common values that fuel our work together. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between design development and fabrication, and supporting the creativity and livelihood of our local artist and maker community. We believe this way of working represents and nurtures the future of American contemporary design.

Token is our partner furniture brand. The NYC-based studio, led by partners Will and Nicole, is devoted to innovative designs, meticulous craftsmanship, and the highest quality materials, highlighting the relationship between form and function, and the process of turning concepts into functional fine art.
